Mr Jasbir Maggu (Managing Director).is the founder of RolIcon Engg. Co.. has about 36 years of experience in the rolling flat steel production industry. of which around I 2 years has been in project management Rolling Mill operations and 24 years in the arena of manufacturing of equipments. His Knowledge of design and operational aspects provides invaluable inputs for the manufacturing of the equipments.

Mr. I.S. Bhatia (V.P. Engineering) He has worked in various large rolling industries.Aluminum 8, Steel. He has vast knowledge in engineering. operations & design. He has handled various allied engineering projects.

Mr Didar Singh (V.P. Projects) is widely experienced in design of equipments manufacturing and operational aspects.

Mrs. Baljit Maggu (Director) is a non-executive director on the board of Rollcon engg. Co. and has an advisory role.

Mr. Deepak Sohal (Executive Director), has over 25 years of experience industry particularly in financial,commercial and exports dealings.
